WET WEATHER PROCEDURE

• Councils OWN the fields.
• They inspect each field, when it has been raining during the day, then email OZTAG as to it's condition.
• Occasionally, Council will ALLOW competition to be played but NOT training.
• If fields are CLOSED - a recorded message will be left on the phone advising CLOSURE.
• Teams will then progress the following week to the next game - games will not be replayed.
• If fields are OPEN - you will only hear the "normal voicemail message" for Engadine Oztag.
• Please do not leave a message unless it is urgent.
• Team Delegates / Managers are to call the phone no. below.
